KAP will support young adults in obtaining meaningful employment by assisting them as they explore a variety of career choices. When employment is secured, KAP staff will work with the participants on required job and social skills to maintain employment. If needed, the staff will provide job coaching.  KAP staff provides training and support in ongoing life skills, such as bill payment, checking, and tax preparation.

As previously outlined for the other programs, social and leisure activities will be scheduled as specified by the participants. As participants become more independent, parent involvement can disengage gradually, affording more freedom to the participant.  KAP staff works to help all parties through these processes.
